Note to Readers

During this uncertain time, Whatcom Watch is not suffering like a lot of free publications, which are dependent on advertising for revenue. Subscribers provide the majority of our income. Last year, 40 percent of our revenue was from advertising, up from 31 percent in 2018. Of subscription revenue last year, 87 percent came in amounts of $50 or larger. The names on the back page are essential to the survival of Whatcom Watch. So, thank you, subscribers, and a special thanks to donor/supporters listed on our back page  !  We wish everyone safety and good health in this devastating time.
